I want to take this opportunity to thank you in helping me get started on the right track to be successful in the foreclosure business. I purchased my first property and made a net profit of $42000.00 not bad for the first time, huh?

I already closed on a second property and already have it listed up for sale for additional $40000.00 which should sell pretty easily as the surrounding homes in the area are selling for around the same price.

I also am in the process of purchasing my third home for only $ 49900.00 and the surrounding homes are selling for $100,000.00 plus this one needs a
little cosmetic work but after all I should clear a nice profit.
